Proper breakfast

Enfrijoladas with a pumpkin dish (or is it gourd? I don't know the difference between those two).

The enfrijoladas is tortilla, sometimes filled with meat (chicken or chorizo) or cheese, and on top a sauce of beans. My mum makes this one with anything inside, to make them lighter.

A free-meat breakfast for today.
